The Marauders have spent the past year working for the Order of the Phoenix, a secret group created to counter Lord Voldemort and his followers. As the war reaches its peak, bereavement falls upon most of the wizarding world, be they pureblooded supremacists or Muggle supporters. Even the students of Hogwarts are in danger, as the Death Eaters attack at any opportunity. But among the ranks of the Death Eaters, a witch-hunt is beginning to eradicate those not entirely loyal to the cause - or those who have too much favour with the Dark Lord.
