In this place all your dreams can come true or all your worst nightmares fulfilled; it all depends on which side you choose. A war is waging in the Heavenly city between the Russians and the Italians; but it's not as simple as that. In this city there are monsters. Monsters who crave not only your body, but your soul.
Deviants from the dark moonless night that woo you with their words and steal your blood away while you moan. Beasts from the pits of hell that chase you through the full moon lit night and rip you to shreds, bathing in your blood.
These are the monsters that inhabit Shangrila. Lurking within the shadows of a casino or guarding the entrance to a popular strip club; the monsters are everywhere in this city. This war between the Wolves of the Risque Mafia and the Vampires belonging to Lady Emilija and her Mob has been going on for thousands of years. Each side fighting over the best bred humans in the city either for sleepers, blood donors, food or if they're lucky, slaves.
Time passes slowly for the immortal, humans change and grow, breeding stronger and faster hybrids between the races; though these hybrids are quickly cut down by the fearsome Vendicare, seen as abominations to the Mafioso Law they pledge to uphold.
But the battle is getting bloodier with each group hungrily trying to procure this new breed of human before they are wiped out, struggling to snatch them straight out from under the Vendicare's claws.
